Filing a DMCA Notice

  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Content Hosting

We do not host any video content on our servers. All video content is hosted on third-party video hosting services. We act merely as an index and search engine for publicly available content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include your name, address, telephone number, email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
